- 75g unsalted butter
- 12g fresh yeast
- 450g mixed minced meat (beef/pork)
- 75g egg (use 2 eggs for this, we will use the rest later for egg wash)
- 40g breadcrumbs
- salt, pepper, nutmeg, Worcester sauce
