Microwave Meatloaf - Upper Arlington Public Library

Ingredients

• 1 1/2 pound ground beef
• 1 can tomato sauce (8 oz.)
• 1 egg, slightly beaten
• 1/2 cup bread crumbs
• 1/2 small onion, chopped (small! )
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 1/8 teaspoon pepper
• 1/3 cup ketchup
• 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
• 1 tablespoon brown sugar
• 1 tablespoon mustard
