Ingredients

• ¼ cup Nong’s Khao Man Gai Sauce
• 2 tbsp sesame oil
• 1 red bell pepper
• 1 green bell pepper
• 1 tbsp garlic, minced
• 2 tbsp ginger, minced
• 1 tsp pickled hot pepper
• 2 lb short loin beef
• 1 tsp Sishuan pepper
• 1 tbsp brown sugar
• 1 tbsp cornstarch
• 1 tsp rice vinegar
• 2 tbsp soy sauce
• cooked rice
• sesame seeds
• green onion
• roasted peanuts
