• 1 jar of your favorite pasta sauce
• 1 lb sausage, casings removed
• Ground beef or pork, optional
• 1 onion, finely chopped
• Red Pepper Flake, taste
• 2 cups Ricotta ( 16oz. )
• 2 cups mozzarella (Plus more for topping, about 1 cup)
• 1 ¼ cup Parmesan cheese
• ½ chopped parsley
• 2 eggs
• Salt and Pepper to taste
• Fresh basil for garnish
