• 2 tbsp grated parmesan cheese
• 2 eggs
• 150 gram breadcrumbs
• 1 tsp grated lemon peel
• 1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
• ½ tsp dried thyme
• ½ tsp paprika
• ¼ tsp garlic salt
• 150 ml double cream
• 100 ml plain flour
• 100 ml vegetable oil
• Freshly ground pepper
