- 30 g golden raisins
- 1 coffee spoon salt
- 2 pinch pepper
- 0.5 coffee spoon ground caraway
- 0.5 coffee spoon ground paprika
- 100 ml heavy cream
- Rapeseed oil for frying 3 tbs
- Walnut oil or Organic walnut oil 3 tbs
- Chili mustard - piquant 1 tbs
- Pear balsamico 1 coffee spoon
