• 1 & 1/4 cups old-fashioned rolled oats
• 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips plus more for garnish, if desired
• 1/2 cup peanut butter chips plus more for garnish, if desired
• 1/2 cup toffee bits plus more for garnish, if desired
• flaky sea salt for garnish, if desired
