These matcha truffles are so delicious, but they're also a feast for the eyes! The matcha powder gives them a beautiful colour and a refined flavour. Are you starting to salivate yet?!

- 1 1/2 cans of coconut milk
- 3 tsp maple syrup
- 2 tsp Flora Unsalted 200g
- 3 tsp matcha powder + extra for rolling
- 120g dark chocolate pieces
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- pinch of salt (optional)
