Berry Cobbler Gin Cocktail Recipe
This is perhaps my favorite gin cocktail, outside of a plain gin and tonic. It tastes like berry cobbler and is like a liquid dessert in a jar.
Ingredients
- 2 ounces gin
- 1/2 cup dark simple syrup
- 1/3 cup club soda
- 1 cup crushed ice
- 1/4 cup of fresh berries
- mint for garnish
