Ingredients

• 2 slices hearty bread, sliced thick and toasted
• 1 garlic clove
• 2 pieces burrata
• 1 pint cherry or heirloom cherry tomatoes, halved
• kosher salt
• black pepper
• 1/2 tsp crushed red pepper
• 1 1/2 TBLS balsamic glaze
• 1/2 to 2/3 C light olive oil
• fresh basil, torn
• quality olive oil, for drizzling
