• FILLING;
• 6 Golden Delicious apples(2 3/4 pounds).peeled, cored and cut into 1/2 inche dice
• 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
• 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
• Pinch groud cloves
• 1 tablespoon confectioners' sugar
