Mom's Sparerib Sauce
Mom's Sparerib Sauce recipe: My mother used to make this sauce over 30 years ago and it is still the main sauce we use when having ribs.
Ingredients
- 2 tablespoon Butter
- 1 cup Water
- 1/2 cup Celery
- 2 tblspoons Vinegar
- 2 tblspoons Worcestershire Sauce
- 1 teaspoon Dry mustard
- 1 Garlic
- 1 Onion chopped
- 1 cup Catsup
- 2 tblspoons Lemon juice
- 2 tblspoons Brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1/2 teaspoon Pepper
