- 4-6 sweet potatoes (the mince would easily fill 6 potatoes)
- Salt

- 500g beef mince (I used 5% less fat)
- 1/2 red onion
- 2-3 tbsp tomato puree
- 1 tbsp garlic puree
- 1 tbsp chilli puree
- 2 tsp cajun/paprika
- 2 tsp oregano
