Tequila Burgers & Chipotle Mayo

Ingredients

• 2 1/2 lb Ground beef
• 6 oz Tequila
• 1 cup Shredded cheddar cheese
• Slices of american cheese
• Tomatoes, lettuce & red onions
• 6 Burger buns
• 1 Egg yolk
• 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
• 1 Ice cube
• 1/2 cup Canola oil
• 1/2 cup Olive oil
• 1 tsp Salt
• 1 tsp Black pepper
• 1 tbsp Cider vinegar
• 1 Chipotle pepper in adobo sauce
• Juice from half a lime
• 6 Sliced russet potatoes
• 1/3 cup Vegetable oil
• 2 tbsp Honey
• 2 Minced garlic cloves
• 1/2 tbsp Dried oregano
• 1/2 tbsp Salt
• 1/2 tbsp Black pepper
