Ingredients

• 1/4 cup Cornstarch
• 6 Boneless chicken thighs diced into medium-sized chunks
• 1/3 cup Peanut oil
• 2 teaspoons Garlic minced
• 1/2 teaspoon Ginger minced
• 1 Red chile sliced into thin rings, no seeds
• 4 tablespoons Hoisin sauce
• 2 tablespoons Soy sauce
• 2 tablespoons Brown sugar
• 2 teaspoons Sesame Oil
• 1 tablespoon Cornstarch
• 1/2 cup Water
• 1 Green onion thinly sliced
