• 2 lbs. carrots scraped and sliced
• 1 medium Onion sliced thin
• 1 medium green pepper sliced thin
• 1 can tomoto soup
• 1 cup sugar
• 2/3 cup vinegar
• 1/2 cup Vegetable oil
• 1/2 teaspoon Dry mustard
