Spinach Cheese Pizza Recipe - Awesome Cuisine

Ingredients

• 1 Pizza Base (available readymade or use this pizza dough recipe)
• 1 Onion (big, finely chopped)
• 1/2 bunch Spinach (or 1 small bunch, cleaned, washed, chopped)
• 1/2 cup Parsley (finely chopped + extra to garnish)
• 1/4 cup Cheddar Cheese (grated)
• Red Chilli Flakes - as per taste + extra to garnish
• 1 tsp Cumin Seeds
• 3 tsp Olive Oil
• Pepper Powder as per taste
• Salt - a small pinch (optional)
• Tomato Sauce or Pizza Sauce to spread
• 1/2 cup Tomatoes (chopped (or use sun-dried tomatoes))
• 1/4 cup Mushrooms (chopped)
