• 3 package s (8 ounces each) cream cheese softened
• 1/3 cup sugar
• 2 tablespoons corn starch
• 1 cup Karo ® Light Corn Syrup
• 4 eggs beaten
• 2 tablespoons lemon juice
• Topping
• 2 cups flaked coconut
• 3/4 cup brown sugar
• 1/2 cup Karo ® Light Corn Syrup
• 2 tablespoons butter
• 1/2 cup heavy cream
• 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
