- 3 to 4 Onion finely chopped
- 2 Tomato chopped
- 8 to 9 Garlic cloves
- A bunch finely chopped coriander leaves
- 2 tbsps soya sauce
- 2 eggs beaten with a pinch of salt
- 2 tbsp oil ((olive oil or mustard oil))
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- (2 to 3) green chillies ( finely chopped)
- 11. red chilli powder ((1 tbsp))
