• 2 TBS Sutter Home Merlot wine
• 4 TBS unsalted Butter
• 2 TBS Brown Sugar
• The Carmelized onions from above
• 6 Anchovies fillets – minced
• 6 Green Olives – cut into slivers
• 6 Black Olives – cut into slivers
• 4 tsp Herbs de Provence
• 2 ½ lbs ground chuck
• 3 tsp Herbs de Provence
• 1 1/2 tsp liquid smoke
• 4 TBS Sutter Home Merlot wine
• 1 tsp allspice
• 1 tsp pepper
• Colavita Olive Oil for brushing of the grill racks
• 6 Kaiser rolls from the bakery, sliced in half horizontally
• 6 TBS of Fire Roasted Tomatoes – from an 8 oz can
