Ingredients
- 125g butter (or Olivani Spread)
- 1 cup Chelsea White Sugar
- 500g sultanas
- 1 tsp mixed spice
- 1 tsp baking soda
- zest of 1 lemon
- drop or two of almond vanilla essence
- 1 cup boiled water
- 2 eggs beaten
- 2 cups flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
