• 3/4 cup reduced-fat ricotta cheese
• 1/4 cup shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese
• 3 tablespoons minced fresh cilantro, divided
• 4 whole wheat tortillas (8 inches)
• 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
