• 6 teaspoons all-purpose rub (AP rub)
• 1/2 batch cornbread muffin batter, baked in mini cupcake tins
• 1 pound ground beef
• 1 jar dill pickles
• 6 slices American cheese (cut in half)
• 1 pound thick-cut bacon
• 1/4 white onion, thinly sliced
• 6 tablespoons your favorite BBQ sauce
