- 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1/2 teaspoon allspice
- 1 cup packed light or dark brown sugar
- 1/3 cup flour
- 1 cup chopped pecans plus 12 pecan halves
- 1/3 cup butter cut in small pieces
