• 1 pizza crust, homemade or packaged
• 1 jar pizza sauce
• 2 cloves garlic, minced
• 1/4 med onion, thinly sliced
• small bunch of fresh spinach
• bunch of basil leaves, thinly chopped
• 4 vegan "chicken" patties (Boca Original Chik'n Patties), chopped to bite sized pieces
• 4-5 (or more) of your favorite vegan mozzarella cheese (I used tofutti)
