• 500 g ground meat (beef, pork or a mix of both)
• 1 medium onion, finely chopped
• 2 g cloves of garlic, sliced
• 100 g breadcrumbs
• 1 egg
• 120 ml milk
• 2 tablespoons of ketchup
• 1 tablespoon of Dijon mustard
• 1 tablespoon of Worcestershire sauce
• 1 teaspoon of salt
• 1/2 teaspoon of pepper
• 1/2 (optional) teaspoon of paprika
• 1 teaspoon of Provence herbs or chopped parsley
• 3 tablespoons of ketchup
• 1 tablespoon of cider vinegar
• 1 tablespoon of brown sugar
