I like my sausage gravy thick and creamy, meaty and rich and I couldn’t find a recipe that pleased my pallet so I adapted my own.
Ingredients
- 250 g bulk breakfast sausage (I like Johnsonville Breakfast Sausage Original Rounds)
- 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 3/4 cup heavy cream
- 3/4 cup milk
- 1/2 teaspoon white pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon seasoning salt
- 6 biscuits, warmed
