• 1 jalapeño, finely diced
• 1 cup red onion, finely diced
• 2 cups Rizo Bros Oaxaca
• 4 cups cream
• 2 cups whole sweet corn kernels
• 1 cup cilantro, chopped
• 1 cup Rizo Bros Queso Fresco
• 1/cup tomato, small diced
• Salt and pepper
• 2 tbsp oil
