Oreo Cake/ Cupcakes recipe by Somayya Zedan

Ingredients

• ½ pound butter
• 1 ½ cup castor sugar
• 4 eggs
• 1 box oreo (original)
• 3 cups flour
• 1 ¾ cup milk
• 4 teaspoon baking powder
• 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
• 3 tablespoon cocoa
• Add eggs in one at a time and beat a bit
• Add the flour and milk and beat slightly
• Add 4 packets slightly crushed oreo (original) in mixture
• 250g butter
• 2 cups icing sugar
• 3 tablespoon milk
• Add 3 packets crushed oreo in & spread on top of cake
