Ingredients

• 500g porterhouse steak, sliced into 1/2cm thick strips, or beef stir-fry strips
• 1 tsp paprika
• 1 lemon
• 80g Western Star Original Butter
• 2 tbsp olive oil
• 1 red onion, finely sliced
• 1 clove garlic, finely sliced
• 400g mushrooms, mixed
• 100ml brandy (optional)
• 80ml sour cream
• 2 tbsp parsley, chopped
• 400g pappardelle pasta
• Salt and pepper, to taste
