• 1 small brown onion, finely chopped
• 1 tsp olive oil
• 2 cups self-raising flour
• 2 small to medium zucchinis, grated (squeeze excess liquid from zucchini)
• 2 spring onions, finely sliced
• 1 ½ cups grated tasty cheese
• 2 eggs, lightly beaten
• ½ cup milk
• 3 tbsp butter, softened
