- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 1/2 cups White Wings self-raising flour
- 1/2 tsp vanilla essence
- 1 cup CSR White Sugar
- 1 cup water
- 2 lemons, juice and rind
- 1/2 cup milk
- 2 tbsp custard powder
- 2 tbsp White Wings cornflour
- 2 tbsp gelatine
- 1 cup boiling water
- 1 tsp lemon essence
- 1 cup CSR Soft Icing Mix
