• 1 pound lean ground meat
• 2 teaspoons minced garlic
• ⅓ cup chopped Bella Sun Luci Julienne Cut Sun Dried Tomatoes in Premium Olive Oil
• ⅓ cup capers
• ⅓ cup Castelvetrano olives, chopped
• 2 teaspoons chili paste (Calabrian if available)
• ⅓ cup pine nuts lightly toasted in oil from Bella Sun Luci Sun Dried Tomatoes
• ¼ cup Bella Sun Luci California Vinaigrette with Sweet Oranges and Wildflower Honey
• 1 teaspoon orange zest
• ¼ teaspoon salt
• 2 tablespoons Italian parsley, chopped
• 2 tablespoons green onion, chopped
• 1 head romaine lettuce
