- 1 package (8 ounces) of regular cream cheese softened

- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 2 TSP vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup milk
- 2 large eggs
- 2 cups unbleached all-purpose flour
- 1 TSP baking powder
- 1/4 TSP baking soda
- 1/2 TSP salt
- 1 cup powered sugar
- 2 TBS milk
