• ½ cup unsalted butter
• ½ cup coconut milk
• 2 eggs
• 1 cup dark brown sugar
• ¼ cup coconut flakes, unsweetened or semi-sweet
• 2 tbsp. vanilla extract
• ½ tsp. nutmeg
• ½ tsp. cinnamon
• ¼ tsp. ground ginger
• ¼ tsp. ground allspice
