Peanut Butter Bars with Chocolate Drizzle

Ingredients

• 1 cup peanut butter (crunchy or smooth)
• 2/3 cup butter, softened
• 2 cups light brown sugar, firmly packed
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
• 3 large eggs
• 1 cup unbleached all-purpose flour
• 1/2 teaspoon table salt
• 1 cup confectioners' sugar
• 1-2 tablespoons water
• 2 squares semi-sweet chocolate OR 1/4 cup semi-sweet chocolate pieces
