Banana Bars - Susan's Pantry
I have made these bars for years. They are a real hit in our home and a there are never any left when I take them to a potluck. Once iced they freeze well.
Ingredients
- 1/2 Cup softened butter
- 1 ½ Cups sugar
- 2 Beaten eggs
- 1 Cup sour cream
- 1 Teaspoon vanilla
- 2 Cups all-purpose flour
- 1 Teaspoon baking soda
- ¼ Teaspoon salt
- 1 Cup mashed bananas (about 2 bananas)
