• 1 tbsp all purpose flour
• 2 cups beef stock
• 3 cups brewed coffee
• 1 pc bay leaf
• 1 tbsp rosemary
• salt
• pepper
• 3 large potatoes
• 1 cup milk
• 2 tbsp unsalted butter
