Ingredients

• 1 cup fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced
• 1 cup fresh blueberries
• 2 tbsp granulated sugar, divided
• 1 tsp lemon zest
• 1 cup mascarpone cheese (or substitute with lightly sweetened Greek yogurt for a lighter option)
