- 75 gr Sorbet-Perfecto
- 20 gr Bindemittel-Perfecto
- 193 g sugar
- 3 g citric acid (alternatively 20 g lemon juice)
- 4 grams of cremosa
- Version without sugar
- 155g Perfecto-X
- 12g XBindemittel-Perfecto
- 122 g xylitol
- 3 g citric acid
- 3 g cremosa or 4 g natural cremosa
