• 3 medium overly ripe bananas, mashed (about 1 cup mashed)
• 1 cup grated carrots
• 1/4 cup melted coconut oil
• 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
• 2 eggs
• 2 tsp vanilla extract
• 1 & 1/2 cups whole wheat pastry flour (or all-purpose flour)
• 1 & 1/2 tsp baking soda
• 1 tsp ground cinnamon
• 1/2 tsp kosher salt
• 1 cup chopped walnuts (optional)
• 2 tbsp salted butter, at room temperature
• 2 ounces cream cheese, at room temperature
• 1 tsp vanilla
• 1/2 tsp cinnamon
• 1-2 cups powdered sugar
