Dear Santa, this Christmas we’d love some festive brownies with fluffy frosting and a marvellously minty hint. And some icing snowflakes on top, please.

- 200g, soft dark brown sugar
- 2 tsp, peppermint extract
- 100g, butter
- 150g, caster sugar
- 200g, cream cheese
- 100g, modelling paste
- a tiny amount of, blue food coloruing
- A portion, crushed peppermint candy canes
- A portion, edible sparkles, optional
