• ½ cup whole wheat flour

• ½ tsp turmeric
• 1 cup non-fat Greek yogurt
• 1 cup of reduced-fat cream cheese
• 1 tbsp of pumpkin puree
• a sprinkle of cinnamon
• Parmesan Peck for topping
