• 2 sticks Butter, melted
• 2 tbsp Cinnamon, ground
• 1 tbsp Granulated Sugar
• 2 tbsp Fresh Cilantro, chopped
• 1 box Phyllo pastry dough sheets
• 1 cup Granulated Sugar
• 1/2 tsp Sea Salt
