A delicious and festive pie that requires and pulled together with under 10 ingredients! Made with Wellington Traditional Water Crackers.
Ingredients
- 2 3.4 oz vanilla instant pudding mix
- 2 cups milk I used skim
- 8 oz cool whip thawed
- 1/2 tsp mint extract
- 16 drops green food coloring
- 48 Wellington Traditional Water Crackers
- 1 stick of butter + 1/4 stick, melted (10 oz. total)
- 1/4 cup light corn syrup
- 1/8 tsp. salt
