Apple Pie | Scratch Pantry

Ingredients

• 2 1 ⁄ 2 cups unbleached all-purpose flour
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 2 tablespoons sugar
• 20 tablespoons butter , diced
• 1 ⁄ 2 cup vodka
• 1 ⁄ 2 cup ice water
• 8-9 apples , best to have two types, with one type being a granny smith
• 1 ⁄ 4 cup flour
• 1 tablespoon pumpkin pie spice
• 1 ⁄ 2 teaspoon fresh nutmeg
• 3 ⁄ 4 cup brown sugar
• 4 tablespoons butter , diced
