• 2 tbsp creamy peanut butter
• 1/4 tsp stevia extract
• 1/3 cup almond flour
• 2 oz unsweetened chocolate, chopped
• pinch of salt
• 1 large egg
• 1 large egg yolk
• 3 tbsp Swerve Sweetener or granulated erythritol
• 1/4 cup unsalted butter
