Ingredients

• 8 flour tortillas
• 1 cup (250 mL) Nordica 2%
• 1 cup (250 mL) Feta Cheese
• 2 garlic cloves, crushed
• 1/2 tsp (2 mL) dried oregano
• 2 cups (500 mL) zucchini, grated
• 1 cup (250 mL) plum tomatoes, diced
• 1/3 cup (75 mL) black olives, diced
• 3 tbsp (45 mL) fresh basil, chopped
• 1 tbsp (15 mL) dried basil
• 1 cup (250 mL) IVANHOE - Mozzarella
