chai apple Oatmeal cOOkies - Sugar Booger Sweets

Ingredients

• ⅔ cup all-purpose flour
• ¾ cup oat flour
• 1 ¼ tsp ground cinnamon
• 1 tsp ground ginger
• ½ tsp ground cardamom
• ¼ tsp ground nutmeg
• 1 ⅔ cups rolled oats
• ¼ cup steel-cut oats
• 1 cup pecan pieces, toasted
• 1 cup dried cinnamon apples (I purchased mine from Nuts.com)
• 2 sticks unsalted butter
• ⅔ cup brown sugar
• ½ cup white sugar
• 1 ½ tsp kosher salt
• 1 ¼ tsp baking soda
• 1 tbsp vanilla extract
• 1 egg, straight from the fridge
• ¼ cup white sugar
• ¾ tsp ground cinnamon
• ¾ tsp ground ginger
• ⅛ tsp ground nutmeg
