- 3 medium Banana, overripe
- 6 tbsp Natural peanut butter
- 1 tsp Vanilla extract
- 1 tsp Almond extract
- 1 tsp Liquid monk fruit
- 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
- Pinch Salt
- 5 tbsp Cocoa powder
- 3 scoop Whey protein powder, unflavored
- 3 scoop Casein protein powder, unflavored
- 1.5 cup Quick oats
- 3 medium Frozen overripe bananas
- 2 cup Frozen strawberries
- 1/2cup + 2tbsp Powdered peanut butter
